How to Validate Your Product's Authenticity
- Follow these steps to enhance security and ensure your product is genuine:
- Reveal Authentication Code: Scratch off the security label on the product to uncover the authentication code.
- Enter Details: Fill in your Name, Email , contact number, country and Verification code. Then Enter Numerical Number displayed.
- Verify: Click the "Verify" button. If successful, a message saying "Congratulations, your Product is Genuine" will appear. Note that each unique code can be verified up to two times for security purpose.
- Additional Product Information: We're enhancing our verification process to include product details such as name, batch number, manufacturing date, and expiry date upon successful verification. Products released before this enhancement may not show correct product data, but they are still genuine.
- Failed Authentication: If verification fails, you'll see a message saying "Product Verification Failed." If your product lacks a security label, or if the label is damaged or unreadable, please contact your medicine provider to request a replacement.
- By following these steps, you can ensure the authenticity of your product and enhance your security.
